There Is A Security Requirement Associated With This Procurement That May Require Access To Restricted Areas. The Supplier And Its Employees Requiring This Access Must Have Minimum A Reliability Status Security Screening Level. There May Be Also Controlled Goods Access Related To This Procurement. The Gdms-c’s Software On The Modular Vme Acoustic Signal Processor (mvasp) Is Used On Canada’s Aircraft Fleets And The Acoustic Replay And Intelligence Exploitation System (aries) Is Used At The Acoustic Data Analysis Centre (adac) In Halifax. Also, The Aries V2.0 Software Is Used By Canada On The Cp-140 Aurora Maritime Patrol Aircraft And The Ch-148 Maritime Helicopter (programs). It Is Used To Create The Pre-mission Files And Folder Structure For The Mvasp And Cvar/spss Airborne Systems (i.e., Cfds, Maps, Bathy, Arp Files). Aries Is Also Used For Post Mission Analysis For The Same Systems. - The Systems/products Must Demonstrate The Ability To Provide Maritime Helicopter And Aircraft Crews The Capability To Reduce Ped (processing, Exploitation And Dissemination) Cycle Times From Weeks After Returning From Deployment And Physically Delivering Hard Drives To Acoustic Data Analysis Centre (adac), To As Little As Twelve (12) Hours Post Flight During A Deployment At Sea When The Information Is Most Needed. - The Systems/products Must Be Provided With The Latest Qualified Aries Software Baseline (i.e., Aries 3.0 Common Software Baseline), Or Equivalent Installed And Configured For Use With The Relevant Documentation. - The Systems/products Must Include Any Software Upgrades With The Relevant Documentation For On-site Dnd Installation That Become Available During The Contract Period. - The L-aries Systems And Associated Accessories And Devices, Or Equivalent Or Better Based On Time Of The Tender Must Be Provided For This Procurement. - The Option Of Training And Courses Services On L-aries System, Or Equivalent Must Be Provided And Given By Qualified Trainer(s), If Dnd Requires And Decides To Procure These Training And Courses Services. 4.
