The bidder should have satisfactorily completed any type of Civil Engineering works of value not less than 25% of the estimated cost of at least one work. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed design, build, and part of water supply schemes, piped water supply, or lift irrigation works of at least 10% of the design-build part of the estimated cost of works. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of at least 50% of the estimated cost of the works, indexed at the rate of 8% for a year.
