The Ordering Party reserves that if the Contractor does not clearly demonstrate for Goods that they may be the subject of sale in accordance with Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ L 229 of 31.7.2014, p. 1, as amended), the Ordering Party will withdraw from the purchase and the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party on this account. After the evaluation of the Offers, the Ordering Party will inform the Seller who submitted the most advantageous Offer not subject to rejection of the necessity to submit a Declaration - constituting Annex No. 2, signed in accordance with the Representation.
