Details: Description Republic Of The Philippines Department Of Health Central Office Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of F-75 (therapeutic Milk) Ib No. 2025-051 1. The Department Of Health (doh), Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Of 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty-two Million Thirty-six Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-one Philippine Pesos And Twenty Centavos (php22,036,891.20) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of F-75 (therapeutic Milk) Under Ib No. 2025-051. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Doh Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of The Above-captioned Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within The Period Specified Under Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project, Equivalent To At Least Twenty-five Percent (25%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
