The subject of the procurement is the preparation of a site plan for Kullo Stenås, southeast of the intersection of Helsingintie and Kilpilahdentie (the address for the location is Helsingintie 1286). The planning area is located on the border of the city of Porvoo and the municipality of Sipoo, approximately 15 km southwest of the center of Porvoo. The extent of the planning area is approximately 40 hectares. The planning area is owned by the city of Porvoo. The boundaries may change slightly as the site planning progresses.
