Renovation of the District Road No. 1698 in Michałów - Niedabyl, 5. Reconstruction of the District Road No. 1651 in Chynów - Pieczyska, 6. Reconstruction of the District Road No. 1606 in Dobryszew - Trzylatków on the section from Rożce - Rosochów. Requirements for the Supervision Inspector: - Authorization to perform independent functions in the construction industry without restrictions or with restrictions in the road specialty. Supervision should be carried out in accordance with the Construction Law, applicable regulations, standards and principles of technical knowledge. The tasks of the Investor's Supervision Inspector will include in particular: - Representing the Investor at the construction site by controlling the compliance of its implementation with the Design Construction Documentation, applicable standards, legal regulations and the principles of technical knowledge; - Checking the quality of completed works and built-in materials and construction products, and in particular, preventing the use of defective and unauthorized construction materials and products; - Checking and acceptance of construction works that are subject to covering or disappearing, preparation and participation in the activities of acceptance of completed works and handing them over for use; - Confirmation of actually performed works and removal of defects, as well as control of construction settlements.
