The Subject of This Contract Is the Complete Summary of All Works, Supplies, Services and All Possible Prescribed Tests Associated with the Provision of the Contract for the Modernization (Reconstruction) of the Existing Stable for Pig Breeding on the Lišany Farm, According to the Project Documentation, Which Is Part of the Assignment of This Contract. The Detailed Assignment of the Contract Is Set Out in Separate Annexes to the Assignment Documentation, Which Consists of: • Annex No. 1 - Project Documentation • Annex No. 2 - Statements of Quantities • Annex No. 4 - Binding Model Contract This Contract (contract) Does Not Include the Delivery of Part of the Material Intended for the Implementation of This Contract. The Material Will Be Supplied to the Winning Bidder by the Contracting Authority. All such materials are listed in the Bills of Quantities with a zero price (i.e. the price is not filled in for these items). The Winning Participant will be obliged to take over these materials from the Client within the framework of the construction on the dates that will be set in the construction schedule and within the framework of the construction, provide cooperation with handling (will be specified in the schedule) and ensure assembly (is specified in the Bill of Quantities). For general orientation, these are in particular, but not exclusively, the following deliveries of the Client: walls of slurry channels, sandwich panels of perimeter walls, panels of internal partitions, some doors in the building envelope and partitions (specified in the Bill of Quantities), trusses. The Bid Must Be Submitted By The Participant For The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6.2 Inspection Of The Place Of Performance The Inspection Of The Place Of Performance Of The Contract Will Be Enabled By The Client On 8. 1. 2025 At 10:00 A.M. Or On 10. 1. 2025 At 10:00 A.M., In Both Cases At The Address: Animo Žatec, As, Farma Lišany, Lišany Č. P. 33, 440 01 Louny. In order to participate in the site visit, it is necessary for the participants to send an application by e-mail stating the company's business name and the names of the persons who will participate in the site visit to the contact person for the site visit, Mr. Petr Hotěk (e-mail: Petr.hotek@spvpel.cz; Tel.: 727 822 189). A maximum of two (2) representatives of each participant will be allowed to enter the site of performance. The application for the site visit must be sent by e-mail to the contact person of the contracting authority no later than one (1) working day before the date of the site visit. The contracting authority will not take any written or other record of the site visit. During the Inspection, the Contracting Authority will not provide any further information on the subject of the Contract or answer any questions raised on the subject of the Contract. The Contracting Authority will always handle the explanation of the Terms of Reference exclusively in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.2 of the Contract.
