Purchase Of 3 Years Generic Spares And Consumables For Production Facilities (price Agreement)

1. Audit & Assurance Services The Audit Services Shall Be Carried Out In Iraq [halfaya Oilfield, Kahla’a , Missan Governorate]. The Contractor Shall Be Prepared To Provide Independent Audit And Assurance Services For Operating Account Of Halfaya Development And Production Service Contract [dpsc] On Annual Basis And Report Thereon Including Stipulated Confirmations / Certifications. The Contractor Is Expected To Perform The Following Services Without Specific Request From Company For Two (02) Financial Years 2024 And 2025 (each Ending On 31st December): A) Conduct Of Audit Of The Books And Accounts For Halfaya Oilfield [joint Venture] In Accordance With International Financial Reporting And Auditing Standards Issued By The International Federation Of Accountants And Report Thereon, On Annual Basis. B) Obtain Reasonable Assurance As To Whether The Financial Statements Of The Joint Venture Are Free From Any Material Misstatement; C) Obtain Audit Evidence About The Amounts Reported And Disclosures Made In The Financial Statements; D) Evaluation Of Appropriateness Of Accounting Policies Used And Reasonableness Of Accounting Estimates Made; E) Confirmation That The Records Of Petroleum Costs, Supplementary Costs And Remuneration Are Correct In All Material Aspects In Accordance With Halfaya Dpsc; F) Representation At Annual Physical Count For Inventory And Any Material Charged To The Operating Account Concerning Inventory Reconciliation And Material Adjustment, If Any; G) Audit Funds And Receipt And Disbursements Statements (for International Bank Account ) And Report Thereon; H) Confirmation That No Evidence Exists Of Any Fraudulent Records And Accounts In Respect Of The Costs Incurred; In All Materials Aspects. I) Translation Of Operating Account And Audit Report Thereon In Arabic. J) These Services Shall Be Performed As Annual Basis As Per Halfaya Dpsc. 2. Other Additional Services The Contractor Shall Be Required To Carry Out One Workshop On An Annual Basis For Missan Oil Company (moc) Audit Team Outside Iraq. The Preferred Locations Shall Be Middle East Region The Following Services Will Be Fully Provided By The Contractor, And The Related Cost Will Also Be Undertaken By The Contractor, Detailed Requirements Are: • Five (05) Days Workshop To Cover Various Topics E.g. Audit Methodology/approach For Oil And Gas Companies, Or Any Other Topic Which May Be Included On An Annual Basis. • The Instructor (professional Auditor) To Be Engaged For 4 Hours On A Daily Basis In The Workshop With Ten (10) Moc Auditors; • Provide Audio And Visual Facilities During The Workshop, If Needed.- • Provide Refreshments/lunches During Workshop; • Assistance In Procuring Visas For The Participants • Arrange Economy Class Round Trip Flights (baghdad To Workshop Destination Within Middle East Region ) As Per Requirements • Arrange Airport Pick And Drop, Four Stars Hotel Accommodation, Etc. • Provide Workshop Material To All Participants And One Copy For Petrochina Note: The Bidder Shall Ensure That Instructor Is Not Part Of Audit Team Which Is Assigned For Assurance Services As Defined In Part 1 Of This Exhibit B.
