Due To The Site’s Potential For Wet Conditions During Much Of The Year, The School Board Bid A Pre-foundation Pad And Site Access Drive In September 2024. This Work Was Done By Murphy Brothers Of Arcadia. The Select Fill Was Tested By A Lab In 8” Lifts During Installation To Assure Proper Compaction. The Contours On The Plans Represent The Grades At The Time Of Completion Of This Work In October 2024. The Contractor Shall Visit The Job Site And Assess This Work Includes A Building Pad, Dirt Work And Access Road Work Has Been Completed (major Portion) Under A Separate Bid.
