The Innovation Center for Agricultural System Transformation (IAT) is being created as a new unit within the Leibniz Center for Agricultural Landscape Research (ZALF) EV and requires a viable organizational basis that sustainably strengthens both internal structures and cross-team collaboration. This planned contract award initially includes the first work packages of the "understanding" phase of the "organization & culture" area. This area aims to develop a common value base, governance structures and processes that anchor the IAT as an effective organizational unit. Time frame: 1-day workshop as well as follow-up and communication of results (planned for March 6th). Goal: Development of a vision of the future for the IAT (overarching goals and purpose, unique selling points, intentions and actions, development of offers for the outdoor space, analysis of governance). In December 2024, the ZALF held a first workshop with the agency Nordsonne Identity GmbH to develop a communication strategy for the IAT. The Zalf Ev now intends to award the current follow-up contract exclusively to the company Nordsonne Identity GmbH, Berlin due to the existing exception of confidentiality (Section 8 Paragraph 4 No. 15 Uvgo). This is merely an announcement of an intended direct award for reasons of transparency in accordance with Vv Section 55 Lho.
