The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have substantially completed 90% of the value of works of similar nature in the last five years. The similar works can be in the form of three completed works, each with a value of not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender (Rs. 157.16 Lakh), or two completed works, each with a value of not less than 25% of the estimated cost put to tender (Rs. 196.44 Lakh), or one completed work with a value of not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender (Rs. 314.31 Lakh). The agreement should have been executed from the financial year 2020-21 onwards to be considered for similar nature of works. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities, which is Rs. 157.16 Lakh (not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender).
