The object of the acquisition is the Intermediation Service for Finnish Language Textbooks and Other Books. Procurement Covers Finnish novels, non-fiction books, children's and youth books, e-books and digital learning materials. All Books Obtained Through the Service are obtained as an Order-Delivery process to the Delivery Addresses Specified by the Board of Education. At the time of publication of the request for tenders, the delivery addresses of the customers of the Finnish National Board of Education (hereinafter Procurement Unit) are located outside of Finland.
