Public tender (service) Support in the area of incident response (IR) The Hessian State Parliament (HLT) is dependent on a secure IT infrastructure to fulfil its tasks. In order to meet the requirements of the BSI basic protection, the Hessian IT security law (HITSIG), the Hessian Data Protection and Freedom of Information Act (HDSIg) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the HLT requires immediate support from a competent and qualified service provider (incident response) to deal with serious IT security incidents/emergencies or IT crises. In addition to support in dealing with the problem, this also involves the need for action in areas such as securing evidence that can be used in court and carrying out technical analyses (IT forensics). The aim is to conclude a contract for the procurement of support services in the area of incident response (IR). The HLT intends to conclude an EVB IT service contract with a company on the current BSI list "List of qualified APT response service providers" in order to have support services provided in the area of incident response in accordance with this service description. However, these can only rarely be perceived by emergency services, still pose risks in the training context and are complex to organize. VR training in interior firefighting should therefore impart solid basic knowledge and skills in advance in order to save time in real training. It should also create training opportunities that can otherwise only rarely be perceived. After the successful completion of the POC, the testing is to be continued from December 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025, with an option to extend until December 31, 2026.
