The laboratories and workrooms have different usage requirements and have existed in their current configuration and layout for many years. Some of the laboratories are already 30 years old. In order to continue high-quality research and teaching, the maintenance of the laboratories is essential to improve study conditions. This will require, among other things, the replacement of the electrical systems, gas connections, and ventilation systems. Some laboratory rooms are inadequate in size. These will be restructured accordingly to ensure efficient laboratory processes.
