The site is currently being developed from Obernhain to the north via Herzbergstrasse. The tennis courts of the local tennis club are located in the immediate vicinity both to the north and west of the site. As the site is bordered to the south by a steeply rising forest and meadow area, the only direct access to the site is from the east via Herzbergstrasse. This flows directly into a residential area of Obernhain to the north. There is currently a gravel parking lot between Herzbergstrasse and the plot of land to be planned.
