Public tender (service) Provision of work machines including drivers for the installation of inert materials on the landfill section Da III on the Dyckerhoffbruch landfill 1. Installation of inert material (soil, slag, old foundry sand). The installation activities and the use of machines take place when depositing inert waste, building paths, edge dams or similar, and if necessary on the company premises. The activities are to be carried out using GPS-supported bulldozers with an air-conditioned driver's cab and protective ventilation. Minimum standard: crawler (with air-conditioned driver's cab and protective ventilation) with the latest engine and compaction technology and an output of approx. 90-120 kW and a weight of 12-20 tonnes. These requirements are met by the Cat D5/6 or Liebherr Pr 714/724 Litronic or machines of the same class. The crawler must be equipped with a GPS-supported 3D crawler control system. The area and room-related planning data for the disposal operation are provided by the client in the form of CAD data sets on CD-ROM, USB stick or digitally and are updated regularly. These are to be transferred by the contractor to the crawler's machine control system as soon as possible. The waste must be installed according to the target profile supplied. 2. Compacting and smoothing the previously installed inert materials. The work is to be carried out using a smooth-shell roller train (with air-conditioned driver's cab and protective ventilation). Minimum standard: roller train with an operating weight of 12 - 15 tonnes with the latest engines and compaction technology (vibration roller) and an engine output of approx. 90 - 130 kW, or comparable for compacting inert materials such as rubble, soil, slag and sand. These requirements are met by Cat Cs68b or machines of the same class. In order to provide the work, a load-bearing capacity of at least 45 Mn/m² must be demonstrated. Proof of proper compaction is provided for each laying layer using the work equipment journal to be created; alternatively, proof can be provided using suitable mobile measuring devices. If compaction is insufficient, the installed material must be dismantled and reinstalled at the contractor's expense. The necessary expenses will not be reimbursed. Public tender (service) Framework agreement Drawing up concepts for temporary traffic management for carrying out sewer construction work The waste disposal companies of the state capital Wiesbaden (elw), as those responsible for wastewater disposal, maintain a public sewer network with a total length of around 800 km. As part of the maintenance, sewer renewal measures are regularly carried out using open excavation, tunnel construction and the tunnelling method. In addition, repairs are carried out in individual excavations and trenchless renovation measures at individual work sites. As the work is taking place in public traffic areas, specific traffic diversion measures with partial and full closures are required in each case. This requires the preparation of concepts for traffic management and traffic handling for the individual measures, as well as traffic sign plans that can be arranged based on this. Coordination with the road traffic authority of the state capital Wiesbaden must be carried out on behalf of the Elw. Attendance at coordination meetings is possible upon request from the Elw.
