Public tender Vob/a new construction of a daycare center in Fehlheim - outdoor area A two-story, 5-group daycare center for a total of 99 children is to be built in Fehlheim. The entire building is planned as a wooden construction with a green roof. Load-bearing interior walls will be made of timber frame construction, non-load-bearing walls will be made of drywall construction. The intermediate ceiling will be designed as a hollow-core reinforced concrete slab ceiling, the roof ceiling as a stacked board ceiling. The floor slab with 30 cm plinth edge is made of reinforced concrete. The entrances and exits to the daycare building on the ground floor will be made step-free and barrier-free. In front of the daycare building, parallel to Elsbeerweg, parking spaces for cars and bicycles for pick-up and drop-off are planned with permeable paving (climate stones). Green areas with tree plantings, designed as infiltration basins, break up the parking and access areas. An outbuilding is also being built to house strollers, the facade of which visually matches the wooden formwork elements of the building. The wooden formwork elements are being used again on a fence at the main entrance and the bistro terrace next to it. The play area for the under-3s is located in the eastern part of the building. It is divided into two different heights by a playable embankment, which extends to the north into the play area for the over-3s. The embankment is to be planted in parts with small shrubs and grasses. Play equipment such as a belly swing, slope slide, playhouse and sand area with mud tables are to be integrated into the play area. The roof drainage of the building will be laid under the play area via a cleaning shaft and fed underground to three tree drainage systems. The highest play level is in the area for children over 3. Two hills are planned, one of which will house the water play area with a water pump. The water is transported via the walk-in water channel made of natural stone into the sand and mud area with a mud table at the bottom. A spacious lawn for exuberant "running and romping" extends to the northern fence. The open spaces will be green and planted with a variety of plants.
