Ground floor: 2 groups for the age group 1-3 years, 12 children each = 24 children, multi-purpose room, cafeteria, catering kitchen, ancillary rooms, building services. Upper floor: 3 groups for the age group 3-6 years, 25 children each = 75 children, staff room, central processing room, ancillary rooms. The entire building is planned as a wooden structure with a green roof. Load-bearing interior walls are to be constructed using the timber frame construction method, non-load-bearing walls are to be constructed using the drywall construction method. The intermediate ceiling is to be constructed as a reinforced concrete hollow plank ceiling, the roof ceiling as a planked ceiling. The floor slab with 30cm plinth edge is made of reinforced concrete. Each group room is assigned an intensive care room and its own sanitary area. Access to the upper floor is via a central staircase. A platform lift ensures barrier-free access. Each upper floor group can reach the outside area via a gallery and two external staircases via upstream dirt locks or direct exits.
