- Upkeep and maintenance services for technical equipment of irrigation networks and pumping stations at the level of irrigated areas managed by the ormva of Souss Massa. Provinces of Taroudant, Chtouka Aït Baha and Tiznit (framework market), in two lots:  Lot No. 1: Upkeep and maintenance services for the technical equipment of the irrigation networks at the level of the irrigated areas managed by the ormva du Souss Massa. Provinces of Taroudant, Chtouka Aït Baha and Tiznit.  Lot No. 2: Upkeep and maintenance services for the technical equipment of the pumping stations at the level of the irrigated areas managed by the ormva of Souss Massa. Provinces of Taroudant, Chtouka Aït Baha and Tiznit.

- Acquisition of audio-visual equipment on behalf of ormva/sm.

- Supply of Vitro Plants of the Date Palm to the Regional Agricultural Development Office of Souss Massa.

- Development work on administrative buildings in the ormva of Souss-massa in the provinces and prefectures of: Agadir Ida Outanane, Chtouka Ait Baha and Taroudant.

- Supply of agricultural inputs and irrigation and greenhouse equipment for the Technical Adaptation and Extension Center in two lots: Lot No. 1: Supply of fertilizers and phytosanitary products; Lot No. 2: Irrigation and Greenhouse Supplies and Equipment.

- Reprography and printing services for ormva/sm. (Cadre market).

- Civil engineering works, supply, installation and commissioning of electrical, electromechanical and hydromechanical equipment at the Sp1 lifting station of the Massa perimeter managed by the ormva of Souss Massa. Tiznit Province.

- Construction and development works of roads and rural tracks in the territorial communities of Ahmer Laglalcha, Lamhara and El Faid over a length of 13.55 km in the province of Taroudant.

- Organization of training sessions for the benefit of ormva/sm staff in three lots:  Lot No. 1: Information system;  Lot No. 2: Personal Development;  Lot No. 3: Management – Security.

- Development work on the Fellah Club of the Souss Massa Regional Agricultural Development Office.
