Onr Requires Ongoing Access To Employment Legal Advice And Support To Enable Onr, Within Its Hr Function, To Manage Its Approach To Staff, Providing General Access To Employment Law Advice On A Range Of Matters. Onr Has A Requirement For Core Provision Of Scoped Work In A Range Of Areas, Employment Law Advice, A Specific Provision For Casework, Advice On Policy Changes, Legal Training/knowledge Updates For The Hr Function And An Arrangement For Ad Hoc (zero Hours).
