This tender concerns the emptying of 7 sludge beds (beds no. 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9) and 4 geotubes (in bed no. 4) at the Ølstykke sewage treatment plant. The agreement concerns Novafos Spildevand Egedal A/s in the Novafos Group. The services covered by the contract consist of the following tasks: Excavation and final placement of sludge from sludge beds and geotubes Bed no. 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9 - a total of approximately 9,000 - 10,000 m3 of sludge. The beds must be emptied to the surface of the growth layer. Bed no. 4 - a total of approximately 1,200-1,400 m3 of sludge in the four geotubes. The quantities of sludge to be dug up from the beds, transported away and finally disposed of are estimated and can be expected to vary by +/- 35%. The tenderer is not entitled to compensation or adjustment of unit prices if the actual consumption deviates from that estimated in the tender documents. The tenderer will only be paid for the actual consumption. The sludge from the Ølstykke sewage treatment plant is expected to meet the requirements for agricultural use in accordance with applicable legislation (“a-sludge”). A-sludge is sludge that complies with the requirements for 7 heavy metals, 4 environmentally harmful substances and 22 PFAS substances. Work samples have been taken (not accredited sampling) as all shown A-sludge. These analysis reports are attached as Appendix 8 and can be used as a starting point for assessing the need for sludge agreements until final analyses are available. Accredited samples will be taken and analyzed, and the winning bidder will receive them. The sludge must be transported from the Ølstykke sewage treatment plant and directly to the intended final disposal site without reloading, intermediate landfill, etc. Otherwise, this must be included in the bidder's prices in the tender list. Any use of an intermediate landfill must be notified to the contracting authority before it takes place. Emptying and final disposal must be completed by 23 September 2025 at the latest according to the schedule (see point 3). A written report on the final disposal and the amount of sludge disposed of from the Ølstykke sewage treatment plant must be prepared and sent to the client by 1 November 2025. Changes in transport distances do not justify a change in the unit prices.

This tender concerns the purchase and delivery of PE pipes and fittings in connection with operational and construction work on water pipelines in Novafos' supply area and its affiliated companies, see Appendix 6. The tender consists of 6 sub-contracts covering the following product groups. •sub-contract 1: Pressure pipes •sub-contract 2: Welding fittings •sub-contract 3: Couplings and taps •sub-contract 4: Gate valves •sub-contract 5: Stopcocks •sub-contract 6: Other fittings The delivery of the above shall be made to Novafos' cadastres, primarily the warehouse, and directly to construction projects. Further information about the partial agreements, including general requirements and specific requirements for the products under the product groups, as well as requirements for delivery and ordering, can be found in the requirements specification Appendix 2. The tenderer is entitled to submit a tender for one, more or all partial agreements, just as the tenderer may be awarded one, more or all partial agreements. The tendered partial agreements are all 4-year framework agreements with the possibility of 2x24-month extensions. The estimated value for all partial agreements during the agreement period + options for extensions is DKK 53,050,000. The maximum value for all partial agreements during the agreement period + options for extension is DKK 63,650,000.
