The Council Requires Suitably Qualified And Experienced Research Consultants To Assist In The Creation, Development And Production Of An Action Plan To Support The Reopening And Long-term Sustainability Of Local High Street Businesses Following The Lockdown. This Will Include The Collection Of Baseline Data Which Will Be Used To Support And Underpin Any Recommendations Produced And Provide A Means Of Tracking The Success Of Any Proposed Interventions. A Key Focus Of The Action Plan, In Line With The Requirements Of The Reopening High Streets Safely Funding, Should Be On Supporting Small & Medium-sized Enterprises (smes), That Operate Alongside Public Spaces And 'have Customers', To Reopen, Welcome Back Customers Safely, And Continue To Trade In The Longer Term. Contract 6 - Housing Minor Building Works 2021-23

The Authority Invites Suitably Experienced Providers For The Above Framework For Skilled Service To Provide A Programmed Internal Painting & Decorating Including Minor Repairs - Programmed Works 2022-2024. This Framework Contract Will Ensure Availability Of Skilled Contractors To Deliver The Planned And Programmed Service Requiring Differing Values And Complexities As Required For The Framework Contract. The Framework Is Initially For 2 Years With An Option, At The Sole Discretion Of The Authority, To Extend For Up To A Further 2 X 12 Months. Details Of The Operation Of The Framework Are Included In The Tender Pack. Successfully Awarded Contractors Will Be Required To Work Together With North Tyneside Council (the Authority) To Drive Improvements And Support The Aims And Ambitions Of The Contract.
