North Ayrshire Council (“nac”) Are Seeking A Caterer To Operate The Café Within The Lochshore Park Hub. The Café Has Been Operation Since October 2022 Delivered By Nac And We Now Seek A Delivery Partner To Run This As A Commercial Operation Offering A High Quality Café. If It Is Appropriate To Seek Competitive Bids, It Is Anticipated A Tender Will Be Advertised On Public Contracts Scotland Around January 2025 With The Procurement Exercise Being Carried Out Via Public Contract Scotland-tender. The Café Currently Operates Daily From 9.30am – 3.30pm And Is Used By Local People, Dogs Walkers And Visitors. There Is Potential To Increase The Opening Times To Also Cater For The Requirements Of These Customers And The Garnock Valley Rugby Club. We Would Welcome Proposals Which Set Out Operating Hours To Meet The Growing Demand. The Anticipated Start Date Is April 2025 Until March 2027 With The Option To Extend By Up To 24 Months.
