The City of Nokia's Urban Development Services Infrastructure Services and Nokian Vesi Oy are requesting your tender for the renovation of the Öljytie-Rounionkatu intersection area.

The target of the complete demolition is the Vihnuksela Family Support Centre, which is a two-storey building completed in 1972. The subfloor structure of the building's partial basement is mainly a concrete slab on the ground, while the other half of the basement is a crawl space with the ground as the base. The intermediate floors are made of concrete. The facades of the building are mainly brick facades, with a little wood cladding as an accent.
