The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed similar works during the last 7 years period, with the following options: - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 1.90 Crores - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 1.19 Crores - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 95 Lakh No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the value of the contract as executed by the applicant should be indicated. In case of joint ventures or consortiums, only the portion of the contract undertaken by the concerned applicant should be indicated, along with the percentage participation. Additionally, the value of successfully completed portion of any ongoing work up to the last day of the previous month of tender submission will also be considered for qualification of work experience criteria, with an assumption of 5% inflation for Indian Rupees every year.
