The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. The bidder should be OEM/Authorized Dealer/Distributor or Channel Partner of the "M/s PELCO" make items. 2. The bidder should have valid Udyam Registration and their credentials should be validated online through Udyam Registration portal. 3. The bidder should be the manufacturer/OEM of the offered product. 4. For services, the bidder must be the Service provider of the offered Service. The values mentioned for eligibility requirements are: 1. 15% (margin of purchase preference/price band) - if L-1 is not an MSE and MSE Seller(s) has/have quoted price within this margin, they shall be given opportunity to match L-1 price. 2. 25% (percentage of total quantity) - contract will be awarded to MSE Seller(s) if they match L-1 price. 3. 3 years (warranty and support period) - the successful tenderer should provide warranty and support for the supplied items for this period. 4. 0.5% of the order value of the un-delivered quantity for each week or part thereof as a penalty for delay, subject to a maximum of 5% (five percent) of the total basic order value. Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. Authorization from OEM 2. Udyam Registration 3. Signed Technical Specification (TS) as a token of acceptance 4. Detailed catalogue of the offered item 5. OEM Authorization Certificate
