The bidder should have executed similar work(s) in the preceding seven years, meeting certain criteria. The criteria include: - A single order with an executed value of above Rs. 252 lakhs, - Two orders with an executed value of not less than Rs. 157 lakhs each, or - Three orders with an executed value of not less than Rs. 126 lakhs each. Similar work(s) include construction of 'splash pool'/ 'swimming pool'/ 'Liquid Retaining structures' with RCC as base material, or construction of Residential/Non-Residential RCC frame Building. The cost of similar works only shall be considered for establishing eligibility, even if carried out as part of a larger project. The word "Executed" means achieving the specified criteria, regardless of the total contract's start date or completion status. For executed value, only the basic amount is considered. If the contract includes taxes, the bidder must provide a break-up of the basic value and taxes. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
