The purpose of the contract is the provision of the paper documentation treatment service generated in Ca El Cabril. The service is made up of a set of tasks that include the digitization of the documents, their capture from the SGD and their description, assigning the metadata that enables their recovery, as well as their physical organization once the previous tasks have been completed. The scope of the contract is Limited to the treatment of about 60 linear meters of documents accumulated by the service of conditioning and storage of El Cabril. The Tasks That Must Be Carried Out Are The Following :- Digitize Each Document For Its Conversion To An Electronic Copy In Pdf Format, Assigning It A Name That Will Serve As A Title For Its Capture In The Sgd.- Enter In The Sgd The Documents With The Mandatory Emission Metadata.- Retrieve From A Process Tray Each document entered to check the legibility and integrity of the electronic copy and describe it by assigning the cataloging and file metadata.- Stamp on each document a physical seal of the enresa file in which the topographical signature indicated by enresa and indicated as metadata will be recorded.
