The National Council For Special Education (ncse) Was Set Up To Improve The Delivery Of Education Services To Persons With Special Educational Needs (sen). The Ncse Is A Statutory Body. The Aim Of The Ncse Is To Support An Inclusive Education System That Enables Students And Adults With Special Educational Needs To Achieve Their Potential. The Ncse Have A Remit To Co-ordinate Student Access To Special Classes And Special Schools Places. This Requires That Students Have Professional Reports To Access These School Places. The Recent Significant Increase Of Students Speaking Ukrainian/russian Requires The Ncse Procure A Dedicated Translation Service For Documents, With A Current Focus On Translation From Ukrainian Or Russian Into English
