The subject of the public contract is the production and delivery of a 1:1 scale model of a draft horse, including the harness, which will be shown in dynamic movement while pulling a replica of the horse-drawn carriage called Hannibal (inv. no. 38551) from the client's collections, for exhibition use in the future Interior Exhibition of the upcoming Museum of Railways and Electrical Engineering (mže). The resulting mock-up of a horse with a harness (chest and head, including eyelids, collar, reins, etc.) must appear completely realistic, including the real size of the animal, and must match the Hannibal drawn wagon with its proportions, AND with this wagon, in the future exhibition, appear compact and convincing. The installation at the site of the final location in the upcoming exhibition, which will take place at an as yet undetermined date in the future (horizon of about 5 years), is not the subject of the fulfillment of a public contract, however the selected supplier will be contractually obliged to provide personal assistance during this installation for the purpose of supervising the method of installation and Providing cooperation and consultation for the purpose of minimizing the risks of damage to the mock-up.
