The subject of the Public Contract is construction work consisting in the construction of a new school building for a children's group for the accommodation and education of 18 children and relevant staff, incl. Surroundings of the Building. The building is free-standing, single-storey, without a basement, with usable floor space. The ground plan dimension of the building is in the shape of a rectangle of about 13.2 X 16 MS with an attached outdoor staircase leading to the ground space. The new building will be functionally connected with the neighboring building of the kindergarten, and the construction also includes modifications to the existing parts of the garden areas affected by the construction, fencing and parking areas. The new development will have a separate access from local transport, separating both school facilities from the site with new construction of family homes.
