The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holders: 5 years of experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Municipal Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). - For Diploma holders in Civil Engineering: 2 years of experience (or) Four Retired Junior Engineers. The bidder should have prior work experience in the Storm Water Drain works field for at least five years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed Storm Water Drain works of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding past years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. The bidder should have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 100% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding five years. The bidder should have working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender. The bidder should have been in the Rejuvenation and Improvements of Water Bodies and Storm Water Drain field for at least the past five years. They should have satisfactorily completed Rejuvenation of Water Bodies and Storm Water Drain of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. They should have an average annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 100% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding five years.
