The required prior work experience for the bidder is having satisfactorily completed Building Work of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years for a Government Department/ Board/ Government Undertaking. The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least three years. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have completed building works of not less than 50% of the value put to tender. The bidder is required to complete 25% of the value of work by the end of the second month, 50% by the end of the fourth month, 75% by the end of the sixth month, and 100% by the end of the ninth month. If there is a default in meeting these deadlines, liquidated damages of 0.1% of the unfinished value of work will be levied per day till completion. Additionally, the bidder should have working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the Estimate Amount and an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 100% of the Estimate Amount in a financial year in the preceding five years.
