The OEM should have supplied more than 25 similar machines for SWM application, and the bidder should provide a reference list of supplies. The bidder should also have civil experience, and in case of a consortium between the manufacturer and authorized dealer/supplier, the OEM should have a registered service center in India for a minimum period of five years.
