The bidder should have completed at least one similar work of civil engineering construction field of transfer station with a capacity of at least 150 TPD during the past five years, with equipment including static compactor machines, hook loaders, and containers, with a value of not less than 80% of the tender put value. The OEM should have supplied more than 25 similar machines for SWM application, and the bidder should provide a reference list of supplies. The bidder should also have civil experience, and in case of a consortium between the manufacturer and authorized dealer/supplier, the OEM should have a registered service center in India for a minimum period of five years.
