The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar works (transfer station with Civil works) costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender under a single agreement during the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have completed civil works of not less than 25% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding two years. The bidder should have experience in the Civil Engineering construction field of transfer station at least one number having 150 TPD for the past five years. They should also have satisfactorily supplied, delivered, tested, and commissioned similar completed works, with specific requirements including: - Three similar completed works each having not less than 40% of the estimated numbers put to tender, - Or Two similar completed works each having not less than 60% of the estimated numbers put to tender. The bidder should not have paid liquidated damages of more than 5% of the contract value in the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be provided, along with the name and designation of the employer/owner, and the location of the work. The bidder should also have working capital sufficient to finance at least 500.00 Lakhs. A combined average turnover of not less than Rs. 1000.00 Lakhs for any three years out of the last five financial years is required, with a minimum turnover of Rs. 500.00 Lakhs for each member of the consortium. The bidder must have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 500.00 Lakhs. The OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) must have been an established manufacturer/supplier having supplied more than 25 Nos. of similar machines for SWM (Solid Waste Management) application. In case of a consortium between a manufacturer and an authorized dealer/supplier, the OEM should have a presence with their registered service center in India for a minimum period of 5 years.
