The bidder should not have paid liquidated damages of more than 5% of the contract value in the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be provided, along with the name and designation of the employer/owner, and the location of the work. The bidder should also have working capital sufficient to finance at least 500.00 Lakhs. A combined average turnover of not less than Rs. 1000.00 Lakhs for any three years out of the last five financial years is required, with a minimum turnover of Rs. 500.00 Lakhs for each member of the consortium. The bidder must have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 500.00 Lakhs. The OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) must have been an established manufacturer/supplier having supplied more than 25 Nos. of similar machines for SWM (Solid Waste Management) application. In case of a consortium between a manufacturer and an authorized dealer/supplier, the OEM should have a presence with their registered service center in India for a minimum period of 5 years.
