Component 3 – Improving Transparency And Accountability Mechanisms; Component 4 – Project Management And Implementation, And Component 5 – Contingency Emergency Response Component.on Component 1: Strengthening National Revenue Management Shall Be Procured Consultant Services For Design Of The Taxpayer Portal (portal De Contribuinte) Phase 2 And 3,on Component 2: Enhancing Public Expenditure Management Controls Shall Be Procured Consultant Services For: Development And Improvement Of Asset Management ; Many Consultants Will Be Related To Procurement Such As Business Process Reengineering (bpr), Development Of The E-procurement Solution (hiring Consultant); E-gp Regulator, Implementation Of Safety Measures For E-sistafe; E-sistafe Improvement Regarding Public Debt;; Technical Assistance To Support The Adaptations To Be Made In E-sistafe For The Districts Within The Scope Of Decentralization; And Goods For Development Of The E-procurement Solution (digital Equipment And Service). Design And Printing Manuals, And Purchase Of Digital Equipment To Improve The Financial Management Systems. On Component 3: Improving Transparency And Accountability Mechanism Shall Be Procured Goods For Strengthening The Intervention Capacity Of The Administrative Court In Carrying Out Audits With The Purchase Of Transport Equipment; Purchase Of Digital Equipment For The Equipping Of The Public Accounts Section; Purchase Of Digital Equipment And Service For The Strengthening Of Tribunal Administrative; And Hiring Of Consultancy Services To The Implementation Of The First Phase Of The Professionalization Project For The Certification Of Ta Auditors.
