This Public Order is awarded by the "design & build" method, i.e. That in the first phase, the selected contractor will first process the implementation/implementation project documentation at the construction stage, which must be approved by the client before the start of the implementation itself. Subsequently, the selected contractor in the second phase will ensure the full, functional and faultless delivery of the work, including the execution of all construction and assembly work. The subject of the performance of the Public Order is the Complete Supply and Installation of Photovoltaic Panels, Incl. Construction for their location and all the necessary material, products, structures and equipment necessary for the proper delivery of an operational photovoltaic power plant, connection of photovoltaic panels to inverters, installation of battery storage and subsequent connection to the existing distribution boards of selected municipal buildings and putting Fve into operation. Part of the Subject of Fulfillment is also the Development of Implementation/implementation Project Documentation at the Construction Implementation Stage and Project Documentation of the Actual Construction Implementation. Delivery and installation will be carried out at the following municipal buildings: • Primary School Building – Bílovská 78, 691 01 Moravský Žižkov, Parc. No. St. 4/1 K.ú. Moravský Žižkov - The power plant is designed with a total of 54 pieces of photovoltaic panels with a nominal output of 460 Wp. The Total Installed Power of the Photovoltaic System is 24.84 Kwp. • Post Office Building – Břeclavská 222, 691 01 Moravský Žižkov, Parc. No. St. 884 K.ú. Moravský Žižkov - The power plant is designed with a total of 36 pieces of photovoltaic panels with a nominal output of 460 Wp. The Total Installed Power of the Photovoltaic System is 16.56 Kwp. • Gym Building – Za Škola 478, 691 01 Moravský Žižkov, Parc. No. St. 4/2 K.ú. Moravský Žižkov - The power plant is designed with a total of 36 pieces of photovoltaic panels with a nominal output of 460 Wp. The Total Installed Power of the Photovoltaic System is 16.56 Kwp. • Kindergarten Building - U Školky 340, 691 01 Moravský Žižkov, Parc. No. St. 447 K.ú. Moravský Žižkov - The power plant is designed with a total of 34 pieces of photovoltaic panels with a nominal output of 460 Wp. The Total Installed Power of the Photovoltaic System is 15.64 Kwp. • Building of the Cultural Center – Behind the School 445, 691 01 Moravský Žižkov, Parc. No. St. 1124 K.ú. Moravský Žižkov - The power plant is designed with a total of 36 pieces of photovoltaic panels with a nominal output of 460 Wp. The Total Installed Power of the Photovoltaic System is 16.56 Kwp. • Municipal Housing Building – U Bytovek 563, 691 01 Moravský Žižkov, Parc. No. St. 1126/2 K.ú. Moravský Žižkov - The power plant is designed with a total of 58 pieces of photovoltaic panels with a nominal output of 460 Wp. The Total Installed Power of the Photovoltaic System is 26.68 Kwp. The implementation of Fve will also be carried out in accordance with Decree No. 114/2023 Coll., On Requirements for the Safe Installation of Electricity Production Plants Using Renewable Energy Sources with an Installed Power of Up to 50 Kw. All activities connected with engineering activities are part of the scope of performance, i.e. Provision of the First Parallel Connection According to the Distributor's Requirements.
