Indonesianational Urban Flood Resilience Project (nufrep)general Procurement Notice Ibrd Loan No. 9459-idproject Id No.: P173671the Government Of Indonesia (goi) Has Received Financing In The Amount Of Us$400 Million Equivalent From The World Bank Toward The Cost Of The National Urban Flood Resilience Project (nufrep), And It Intends To Apply Part Of The Proceeds To Payments For Goods, Works, Non-consulting Services And Consulting Services To Be Procured Under This Project. This Project Will Be Fully Financed By This Loan. The Project Will Include The Procurement Of Consulting Services For Technical Assistance, Project Management, Design And Construction Supervision; Construction Of Integrated Urban Flood Risk Management Infrastructure; And Procurement Of Early Warning Systems Instrumentation. It Will Include The Following Components:component 1 Flood Risk Analytics And Planning. This Component Will Prioritize The Implementation Of Complementary Gray And Blue-green Structural Measures That Enhance Overall Urban Resilience Outcomes, Such As Those Related To Public Health And Wellbeing, Environmental Protection, Climate Adaptation (e.g., Green Urban “corridors” And Restoration Of Coastal Mangroves And Wetlands For Flood Protection), And Climate Mitigation (e.g., Restoration Of Mangroves And Floodplains For Carbon Sequestration)component 2 Urban Flood Resilience Measures. Component 2 Will Support The Implementation Of Priority Structural And Non-structural Measurescomponent 3 Program Management And Implementation Support. This Component Will Help The Government Establish And Operationalize The Umbrella National Urban Flood Resilience Program And Support Project Implementation Procurement Of Contracts Financed By The World Bank Will Be Conducted Through The Procedures As Specified In The World Bank’s Procurement Regulations For Ipf Borrowers (november 2020) (procurement Regulations) And Is Open To All Eligible Firms And Individuals As Defined In The Procurement Regulations.2 The World Bank Shall Arrange The Publication On Its External Website Of The Agreed Initial Procurement Plan And All Subsequent Updates Once It Has Provided A No Objection.
