Contract notice: Design and construction contract for the construction of 20 individual housing units for mmh, Ten individual housing units and 19 collective housing units for batigère As part of an order group between the company Batigère and Meurthe-et-moselle Habitat, MMH is appointed coordinator of the group. This construction will be NF Habitat RT 2012-10% certified and will be located straddling the municipalities of Réhon 54430 rue de l~Industrie and Longwy 54400 rue de l~Abattoir. To carry out this operation, a design-build contract will be concluded with a multidisciplinary team which will bring together all the skills required for the execution of the contract and which will include at least: - a general contractor, which will be the agent of the group, and which must be qualified and insured to carry out work in all trades (civil and decennial liability insurance); - an architect (or group of architects); - a structural design office; - a fluid design office specializing in RT 2012 thermal studies and dynamic simulations. Only the design offices can come with several groups.
