The subject of the Order is the modernization of the building of the Volunteer Fire Station in Skrzydlna, plot Ew. No. 430/4, 431/2, 444 in the Dobra Commune in order to create a Senior+ Club. The subject of the Agreement is the next stage of works on the Facility. Construction works carried out in one stage, observing the technological sequence of the execution of works. The scope of works includes, among others: - Renovation of the attic rooms (e.g. tiling floors with tiles and panels, making plasters and plasters, painting walls, installation of washbasins, toilets) - Installation of a platform for people with disabilities - Execution of internal installations: heating, water supply , Sewerage, Electrical - Installation of Doors and Joinery The detailed scope of works is specified in the Bill of Quantities and the Table of Billing Elements, in the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, and in the Technical Documentation. The entire indicated scope of works should be carried out in accordance with the construction art, applicable standards and the implementation technology indicated by the manufacturers and suppliers of the materials and construction products used. Detailed rules specifying the method of order execution, warranty conditions, settlements and the amount of contractual penalties have been included in the Contract Template.
