A small part of the measures will be limited to repair and maintenance measures. The planning services include processing phases 2 and 3 as well as phases 5, 6, 7 and 8. The services will be awarded in the form of a framework agreement for a term of at least one year with the option of an annual extension to a total of four years, with a total of 12 measures expected.
