Details: The purpose of this contract is the preventive and curative maintenance and the management works of: • Gate (exterior pedestrian) • Sliding door (pedestrian entrance/exit of building) • Metal grille or curtain • Rising barrier • Sectional or swinging garage door < 3 meters high • Industrial door height >= 3 meters high (sectional or swinging) • Double swinging or single swinging gate • Suspended or ground sliding gate • Retractable bollard • Turnstile (non-motorized) • Fast corridor The consultation includes the following lots: Lot 1: City of Aix and Marseille (site: St Jérôme, IUT Susini and Château Gombert) as well as other municipalities (site: La Ciotat, Avignon, Salon, and Arles). Lot 2: City of Marseille (Central and Southern district) as well as the North Medicine component. Lot 3: Sites of the Alps (Digne and Gap) This Lot Is Not Part of This Consultation. In accordance with Article R. 2123-1 of the Public Procurement Code, the University Has Decided to Implement an Adapted Procedure for Lot 3 "Sites of the Alps (Digne and Gap)" in 2026 (this Lot Includes a Maximum Annual Threshold Strictly Less Than €10,000 Excl. Tax). Each Lot Constitutes a Contract. Unless Specially Specified, the Contract Is Referred to Interchangeably in the Consultation Documents as "Contract" Regardless of the Lot Concerned. Unless Specially Specified, All Provisions Mentioned in the Consultation Documents Apply to All Lots. The Description of the Services Is Described in the CCP and Its Appendices.
