1. The subject of the Order is the Expansion of the District Road No. 1444k Uszew - Nowy Wiśnicz (ul. Podzamcze, ul. Zamkowa, ul. Olchawska) - Nieznanowice, along with the construction of a pavement in Nieszkowice Wielkie - stage II, on the section of 507 Mb (at Km 14 +643 to 15+150). 2. The scope of the Order includes: 1) Demolition of the Asphalt Pavement with the Foundation; 2) Performing stabilization with a hydraulic binder of the subgrade and laying on it new layers of road base and asphalt roadway structure; 3) Execution of a rainwater drainage system in the place of the existing right-side ditch, over which a sidewalk made of concrete cubes should be built; 4) Reinforcement of Escarpments, Trenches; 5) Reconstruction of the water supply and gas pipeline; 6) Construction of the Technological Canal; 7) Tree felling. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the Order includes the Design Documentation, the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, the draft provisions of the Agreement and the Bill of Quantities - constituting Annexes to the Swz. This documentation is attached to the Contract Notice and is available on the website of the Proceedings. If in the Design Documentation, Stwiorb or Bill of Quantities were indicated in relation to some materials and equipment, the Employer's trademarks or origin, in accordance with Art. 101 Para. 4 of the Public Procurement Law, Allows Submission of Equivalent "products". All "products" from specific manufacturers define the minimum quality parameters and functional characteristics that the Goods must meet in order to meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party and constitute only a quality model of the subject of the Order. Through the provision regarding the minimum requirements of quality parameters, the Ordering Party understands the requirements of the Goods contained in publicly available sources, catalogs and manufacturers' websites. The use of exemplary manufacturer names (if applicable) is only for the purpose of specifying the level of the Employer's expectations in relation to a specific solution. Thus, the use of Manufacturer/Product Names is for illustrative purposes only. The Ordering Party, when describing the subject of the Order, indicating the designation of a specific manufacturer (supplier) or a specific product, allows at the same time products equivalent to quality parameters and functional characteristics, at least at the level of the parameters of the indicated product, thus recognizing each product with the indicated parameters or better. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to prove in the tender, in particular by means of evidence referred to in Art. 104 - 107 of the Public Procurement Law, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent degree.
