The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar nature of works during the last seven years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works, with specific requirements as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed work each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
The cost of work shall mean the gross value of the completed work, including the cost of material supplied by the Government/client, but excluding those supplied free of cost. This should be certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Project Manager or equivalent.
