The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with specific values, such as: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs………Crores (40% of estimated cost) - OR Two similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs…...........Crores (60% of estimated cost) - OR One similar completed work, costing not less than Rs…............. Crores (80% of estimated cost) The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least a certain amount in the last five years, although the exact amount is not specified. The bidder should also have experience as a prime contractor, or as a nominated sub-contractor, provided the sub-contract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in Civil Engineering construction, with a total value of work performed in the last five years, indexed to the current price level at a 10% increase. The bidder should also have a minimum of 25% of the value of the work as their own investment during the implementation of the contract. For specific components, the bidder should have completed: - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the component (for CCTV System) - OR two similar works costing each not less than 60% of the cost of the component (for CCTV System) - OR three similar works costing each not less than 40% of the cost of the component (for CCTV System) The bidder should also have experience in works of a similar nature, such as Civil Work, Horticulture work, MEP work, and Canal treatment, and should have completed similar nature of works (F.P.S./S.T.P.) during the last seven years prior to the last date of submission of bid.
