The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost - One similar completed work each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost The nature of work and experience required are specific to various categories, including Bituminous Road work, Building Construction, Sewer and water supply, Survey work, C.C. Road work, and Maintenance Work. The bidder should have experience of same type of work, including work such as Divider and Grill, Painting, Earth Filling, leveling, Garbage Disposal, Road and Drain Cleaning, Jungle Cleaning, etc. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of Rs. ……….. Crore in the last five years. The bidder should also have total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five years, with a value of Rs. ……….. Crore (indexed to current price level @ 10% increase). The bidder is required to have completed eligible similar nature of works during the last seven years prior to the last date of submission of bid. The percentage of similar works completed is not specified, but the bidder should have a certain percentage of their total work experience in similar works. The bidder should have average annual turnover worth minimum 40% of the estimated cost during the last five consecutive years. The bidder is required to submit an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of work.
