Administrative authorities are faced with the challenge of managing a multitude of tasks and programs in order to offer citizens the best possible services. A tried and tested method of meeting this challenge is the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM for short) - an approach that originally came from the private sector but is also becoming increasingly important in the public sector. In the district administration, this is intended to centrally manage and log contact details of internal and external partners, e.g. service providers or event participants. The traditional administrative approaches often reach their limits, as they frequently lead to inefficiencies, delays and insufficient transparency. This is where the concept of customer relationship management comes in. The aim of this tender is to conclude a contract for the provision of IT and other services for the use of CRM software - initially - in the health department with an indefinite contract term. The following services are essentially to be provided within the scope of this contract: Delivery of CRM software including basic and user licenses Installation/maintenance and care Training The advertised service will be procured as part of the implementation of the project Digitization of the Public Health Service. - Financed by the European Union - Nextgenerationeu.
