We are requesting a quote for the renovation of the skate park in Laune Central Park. The skate park was built in 2007 and minor surface repairs have been made to the area since its completion. The plan now is to carry out a more thorough renovation and expand the skate park to the surrounding roller skating rink, which is currently asphalted.

The Kyynäränjoki Pipe Bridge is located in the Koiskala district of Lahti. The project includes the demolition of the old steel pipe bridge (u-5659) and the construction of a new pipe bridge (u-4087). The Kyynäränjoki River runs through the pipe and the road crossing the bridge is the Koiskalantie road. The contract is a complete contract and will be completed in the summer of 2025.

The renovation of the Sipura Daycare Center yard includes the renovation of the yard to the extent planned, including demolition work, structures, equipment, devices, furniture, yard buildings, and plumbing work.

The project involves the renovation of the Radiomäki athletics field and sand court, as well as the equipment in the area. Lighting will also be built in the area and the stairs around the field will be renovated.

The construction site is located in the Ripistö district of the city of Lahti. The project includes the renewal of the old steel Ripistö tube bridge (u-8221) and the southern Raitti bridge located to the east. The Potilanjoki River flows through the Ripistö tube bridge and the road crossing the bridge is the Ahtialantie road for vehicle traffic. The Potilanjoki River also flows through the southern Raitti bridge of the Ripistö and the road crossing is the Ahtialantie road for pedestrian traffic running to the east of Ahtialantie. The project is a turnkey contract and will be completed in June-September 2025.
