The planned building component D is an existing building with an attached new building on the Märkisch-Oderland GmbH hospital complex. The ground floor (EG) will be set up as an interim operating area, the first floor (laboratory) will be expanded in the new building. The second floor will be converted into office space. The task is to build the ventilation and MSR systems as the planner had planned for this area.
