Denmark-copenhagen: Hotel Meeting And Conference Services

The Danish Association of Local Authorities (kl) hereby requests suppliers of conference facilities to submit bids for facilities at 11 conferences and a trade fair that KL will hold in the period from 25 March 2026 to 16 March 2030. The conferences have a program duration of between one and one and a half days, and the number of participants is between 500 and 2,000 participants. Bids may be submitted for one or more of the conferences/trade fairs. KL is the municipalities' interest organization and has, as part of its business, a long-standing tradition of holding high-quality conferences on current municipal policy and professional themes. The purpose of obtaining bids is to secure KL conference facilities at advantageous prices and of good quality. The contract will be concluded after negotiation with selected suppliers.
