The client wishes to procure a shift system targeted at educational staff with this tender. The system is to be used in the client's day care for children aged 0-6 years and in after-school programs. The system is to be used monthly by approximately 520 educational managers and approximately 8,600 educational employees. The client wishes to procure a system that educational managers can use for long-term planning, including shift planning based on available employee resources. The system must be able to be used by educational managers and educational employees for daily adjustments to working hours, as well as be able to be adapted to the client's different organizations of individual units, including, among other things, supporting a graphical display of the units' room layout.

In this tender, the contracting authority wishes to obtain offers for an interdisciplinary professional system to support journaling, registration and collaboration within the areas of visitation and PPR as well as the general and special areas in the Municipality of Copenhagen. The subject of the contract is thus a combined journaling and professional system for interdisciplinary support, CSV and visitation. The system must digitally support the special area's subject-specific tasks and workflows as well as support electronic case and document management. The solution must include implementation, operation, support, maintenance and training.
